The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data systems, which are vital to our operations within the healthcare sector. This full-time position, based in our Miami office, is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with excellent typing skills and a strong commitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost care and confidentiality. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and managing large volumes of data, ensuring our records are consistently accurate and readily accessible. Responsibilities Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our company databases and systems. Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies, making corrections and checking outputs to ensure data integrity. Maintain and update existing records, ensuring all information is current and complete. Handle confidential patient and company information in strict compliance with data protection policies and procedures. Organise and file documents to maintain a clear and accessible record-keeping system. Generate reports and retrieve data for internal teams as requested. Assist with other administrative duties and support departmental projects as required. Qualifications Proven experience in a data entry role or a similar administrative position. Exceptional typing speed and accuracy with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel and MS Word. Familiarity with data entry software and database management. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong written and verbal communication skills. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A high degree of discretion and a professional approach to handling confidential information. Experience in a healthcare environment is desirable but not essential.
