Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Data Entry Clerk and play a vital role in maintaining accurate and organized information flow within our organization. This energetic position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your exceptional computer skills, attention to detail, and organizational talents to support various administrative functions. As a key member of our office team, you will ensure data accuracy, streamline office operations, and provide excellent customer support through efficient data management and clerical assistance. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in multiple systems including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software like QuickBooks. Manage front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette. Support office management tasks such as filing, document proofreading, calendar management, and organizing electronic and physical records. Assist with customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, providing support via phone or email, and ensuring a positive experience for clients and visitors. Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence to keep office operations running smoothly. Coordinate appointment scheduling and calendar management for team members or executives as needed. Support bookkeeping activities including basic data entry related to invoices or financial records using QuickBooks or similar tools. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and familiarity with QuickBooks is highly desirable. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading. Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette across multi-line phone systems. Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse client needs. Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant, especially in medical or dental settings, is advantageous. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$22.65 - $27.28 per hour
