Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering financial data into our systems, maintaining records, and supporting the finance team with administrative tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in finance and data management.
Key Responsibilities:
Input financial transactions, invoices, and expense reports into accounting software or spreadsheets Verify accuracy of data before entering it into the system Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets Organize and file financial documents (both digital and physical) Support the finance team with ad-hoc data entry and administrative tasks Ensure confidentiality and security of financial data
Qualifications:
Associate degree in finance, accounting, or related field is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic understanding of financial principles is a plus
