Data Entry Clerk

• Track and review transactions processed by brokers to maintain proper documentation.
• Perform essential administrative tasks, including mailing, scanning, and organizing trade documents.
• Accurately input numeric and alphanumeric data into company systems.
• Maintain organized records and ensure data integrity across all entries.
• Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on processed transactions.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in data or documentation.
• Uphold confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information.
• Provide support for additional departmental needs as required.
