Medical Data Entry Specialist Arturo Logrono, MD, PA Pembroke Pines, FL Job Details Full-time $15 - $18 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Microsoft Word Spanish Microsoft Excel Medical office experience English Organizational skills Full Job Description We are seeking to add a Medical Data Entry Specialist to our team! An ideal candidate for this entry level position would be a high school or college student! You will be responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter variety of data using Excel
  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry
  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes
  • Review and enter data updates in the systems
  • Review discrepancies in data received
  • Advise supervisor of issues related to data
  • Call patients to remind them of pending procedures and appointments.
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
  • Excellent typing skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Medical Terminology/Medical Office Experience
  • Excellent English and Spanish verbal skills
  • Experience with Excel and Word is a must.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
