You will start by supporting the core operations of the firm, learning the intricate legal and financial milestones of a real estate transaction, with the explicit goal of advancing into a Title Processor and eventually a Title Closer role.
The Trajectory:
From Support to Specialist Phase 1 (Foundation): Support the Processors and Closers by managing essential file components and ensuring 100% accuracy in documentation. Phase 2 (Investigation): Conduct deep-dive computer research to gather property information, tax data, and legal records. Phase 3 (Analysis): Learn to review contracts, legal instruments, and title commitments to identify what is needed for a successful closing. Phase 4 (Advancement): Transition into independent file management as you master the specialized "Title" skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support:
Assist the production team in moving files from inception to completion, maintaining a high-velocity workflow.
Research & Data Integrity:
Perform detailed research across various digital platforms to compile accurate file data.
Document Review:
Carefully audit contracts and legal documents to ensure all required information is present and compliant.
Client Experience:
Provide high-level, professional communication to realtors, lenders, and homeowners, ensuring a seamless experience.
Pipeline Management:
Work under strict deadlines to ensure every file remains on track for its scheduled closing date.
