Job Description
Job Overview CTI- Construction Testing & Inspection, Inc., has an opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated with problem-solving skills and a team player to efficiently handle all incoming requests and outgoing reports. Responsibilities Assisting with laboratory data entry, organization and inventory Intake and processing of inventory Generate and maintain record of new project numbers by reviewing Professional Service Agreements Clerical duties, including creating and responding to emails, preparing documents, pick-up office orders (Thursdays only) Accurately enter data into our laboratory computer system and generate reports Schedule inbound transportation of testing materials Payroll data entry Maintenance of employee records Must be bilingual Requirements Proficient Excel skills and ability to learn, update, modify and upgrade excel spreadsheets Excel, Work, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access skills Verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills Ability to multitask Critical thinking skills Proactivity and self-direction Ability to build rapport with all employees CTI is located in Sunrise, and we offer an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental and vision insurance as well as long/short term disability and company matched 401K.
