Full-time Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. In this role, you will be responsible for filing, entering pay, approving billing and recruiting functions. Any experience in container trucking is a plus. If you have excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
• Input accurate amounts for billing customers and paying drivers.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues
• Utilize problem-solving skills to ensure proper billing and pay.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Port or container trucking experience is strongly encouraged
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus but not required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
• Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
• Proficient in data entry with attention to detail
• Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply
