PRIMARY FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Train how to run the OPEX mail sorter machine.
  • Learn the daily mail prep processes.
  • Verifying and confirming customer names and P. O. Box numbers against assigned work tray
  • Extract and separate mail correspondences (Medical Explanation of Benefits and Auto Insurance Claims) by check payments, credit card payments, and non-payments.
  • Scan the separated documents on the OPEX scanners.
  • Data Entry / Keying the scanned data in the Lockbox platform
  • Prep and file the daily scanned work in secure storage according to workday.
  • Shred completed work within 14 days business days according to scheduled day.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Basic computer skills and data entry skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be cross trained in all aspects of the department.
  • Ability to focus and concentrate on accuracy.
  • Ability to reach projected daily goal

FRIDAY
  • MONDAY 7:30am-6pm
SATURDAY & SUNDAY 7
30am-6pm
PAY:
