Job Description

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Records and Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining essential data in various systems. Your keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills will ensure the integrity and accessibility of our records, supporting efficient operations and informed decision-making. Duties Enter data into multiple databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and Microsoft Excel spreadsheets with speed and accuracy Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records Verify data accuracy by cross-referencing information, performing basic math checks, and correcting discrepancies Transcribe handwritten or audio-recorded information into digital formats with precision Support order entry processes by inputting client requests and tracking order statuses Collect, organize, and analyze data using pivot tables and other Excel tools to generate reports Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data collection, and document management to streamline office operations Experience Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support within an office environment Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—demonstrating strong computer skills Demonstrated ability to type quickly with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations Prior office or administrative experience involving filing, data collection, or order entry tasks Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Experience working with pivot tables or creating reports from large datasets is preferred Join us in this engaging role where your meticulous work directly impacts our operational success!
