Our ABC Distribution Center is looking for a Data Entry Clerk that plays a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the Freight & Logistics Department and Distribution Operations by accurately converting paper-based documentation into digital records. This position ensures the integrity and accessibility of data through efficient and precise entry into designated computer systems. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Accurate and efficient in typing data from freight invoices into existing excel worksheets Able to search for and investigate information on all documents and files Review data, verify billings and follow up on discrepancies as needed Able to update and organize data in excel worksheets Sort and organize paperwork Operate common office equipment printers and scanners Other Duties as Assigned Essential Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Proficient with Microsoft Office and Email Effective verbal and written communication skills Organized, accurate, and able to meet deadlines Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups such as
