Servco Toyota Windward is looking for a Senior Clerk to process and reconcile warranty claims.
Responsibilities:
Accurately code and process manufacturer's warranty claims Make adjustments/corrections on any returned claims and resubmit for processing Review repair orders with technician comments and proof for accuracy Close repair orders Prepare, maintain, and organize files Assist with training lower level clerks Assist the Service Manager and Service Consultants as needed
Requirements:
High school graduate or equivalent A.S. Degree in Auto Technology or Accounting preferred Minimum one year of clerical work experience involving warranty claims processing, data entry, or accounting Accurate data entry skills including ten-key by touch Beginner level Microsoft Access, Word, and Excel skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines DealerTrack knowledge a plus Work schedule: Monday
