Data Entry Clerk

Immediate need for entry-level Data Entry Clerk. Will answer phones in a busy office setting with little to no in-person public interaction. Responsible for scheduling delivery and pick up of portable toilets for construction sites, personal use, and special events. Will also schedule appointments for septic tank pumping. Additional duties include Accounts Receivable and monthly invoicing. Must have general computer knowledge, such as emailing and using Word & Excel sporadically. Will be trained in specialized computer program. This is an alcohol and drug-free work place. Must be able to pass a background check. Please do not apply if you have an extensive record.
