Data & Application Processor Joski Insurance is seeking a highly detailed and tech-savvy Data & Application Processor to manage our enrollment data pipeline. This role is the backbone of our administrative process, ensuring that every client application—from Medicare to Group Health—is processed with 100% accuracy. Success in this position requires a "sleuth-like" mentality for data verification and expert-level proficiency in our digital toolkit.Reports To:

You will have to be able to listen and learn the process forwards and backwards in order to eventually become the point person for this administrative duty.Self-Starter:

You can figure application systems out without needing to be guided. Develop new SOP's for processes that further efficiency and effectiveness.Core Responsibilities Queue Management:
Monitor "Agent Dropbox" folders daily for new submissions, including Medicare, ACA, and Group, and other applications.Document Preparation:
Identify, rename, and combine PDF documents (Apps, HRAs, SOAs) using TextExpander snippets to maintain strict naming conventions. CRM Data Entry (AgencyBloc): Verify and update client detail pages, including SSNs, Medicare IDs, and contact info. Build out new policies, update existing ones for carrier changes, and configure complex commission payee schedules. Convert "Leads" to "Individuals" while ensuring all previous documentation is correctly transitioned.Medicare & Eligibility Verification:
Navigate carrier portals and industry tools like Sunfire to verify policy status, and Medicare eligibility.Data Integrity & Backup:
Ensure all processed applications are tracked in our Google Drive Application Tracker and archived in the appropriate client folders within our permanent database.Administrative Support:
Print and mail "Thank You" letters for new enrollments by the 15th of every month. You will also oversee the automated email process of the same letter. Client Outreach (Soft Skills): Call clients as needed to verify information, and perform follow-up "loop-closing" calls. Skills & Tools (Required)Detail Orientation:
Ability to spot inconsistencies between application forms and existing database records. (Required)Technological Intuitiveness:
The ability to operate technology (Apple) with little guidance. (Preferred)Specific Technology Proficiency:
Familiarity of AgencyBloc (CRM), TextExpander (shorthand snippets), and Dropbox/Finder navigation.Product Knowledge:
Basic understanding of insurance types (Medicare, ACA, Group Health) to correctly categorize products.Communication:
Comfortable contacting insurance carriers and clients to resolve pending issues. Performance Goals Zero-error rate in personal and policy information entry. Completion of the monthly mailer list by the 15th. Timely "Activity" creation for enrollment follow-ups (typically 2-4 days out).Pay:
