Mundelein Illinois 60060 Pay rate: $18 - $20 hourly on w2 Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems related to: Medical Device Reports (MDRs) Customer licensing and account records Regulatory submissions and supporting documentation Quality and compliance logs Perform detailed data validation activities, including: Reviewing records for completeness and accuracy Cross-checking data across multiple systems and source documents Identifying discrepancies and escalating issues as needed Support MDR remediation efforts by: Backlogging and remediating historical records Ensuring all required fields and documentation meet regulatory standards Assisting with preparation for audits and inspections Provide general clerical and administrative support, such as: Document management and filing (electronic and/or physical) Tracking status of records and remediation progress Updating logs and reports for project tracking Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Customer Operations to ensure alignment and data integrity. Required Skills & Qualifications Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness Ability to follow structured processes and work with regulated data Basic computer proficiency (e.g., MS Excel, data entry systems, document management tools) Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and focus Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in data entry, administrative support, or records management Experience working in a regulated environment (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, healthcare) Familiarity with MDR processes, FDA regulations, or quality systems (QMS) is a plus Experience with ERP, CRM, or document management systems What This Role Looks Like Day-to-Day Reviewing batches of records for missing or incorrect information Entering or correcting MDR-related data in internal systems Reconciling discrepancies between systems and source documents Updating tracking logs and reporting progress to leads Coordinating with team members to resolve data gaps Why This Role Matters Accurate and complete data is essential in responding to FDA observations and maintaining compliance.
