Job Description
About the Role BRYCER is the industry-leading compliance platform trusted by thousands of municipalities, fire departments, and contractors across the country. Our Compliance Engine transforms how Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) manage life-safety and other inspections, simplifying compliance and strengthening public safety at scale. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll review data entered by our team, verify it against original inspection reports, and ensure every record in our system is accurate and complete. If you're someone who takes satisfaction in accuracy and does your best work when you can focus, this role is a good fit. This is a full-time, in-person position at our Lisle, IL office. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate prior to starting. What You'll Do Review data transcribed by our contractor team against original fire ITM inspection reports Identify and correct errors including missing fields, incorrect values, or transcription mismatches Escalate records that require additional handling per established QC procedures Flag recurring issues to your team lead Work through a steady, consistent flow of records each day Assist with entering more complex reports as needed You'll Be a Great Fit If You Notice small details and care when something is off Stay focused and organized when working through a queue of tasks Show up consistently and take your work seriously Communicate clearly when something needs attention Have some experience with data entry, records, or office work (preferred, not required) Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) Paid time off The data you verify feeds directly into a system that helps keep buildings safe.
