Process Specialist

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, and supporting daily administrative operations. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch break) Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update data using internal systems Prepare, organize, and review documents for data entry Maintain logs and records for tracking purposes Identify and resolve discrepancies in data Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members via phone, email, and in person Perform administrative tasks such as printing, scanning, and document review Provide support across teams as needed and serve as backup when required Maintain professionalism and deliver excellent customer service in all interactions Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field preferred Strong typing and computer skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Physical Demands & Work Environment The physical demands and work environment described here are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this role.
