Overview:
POSITION SUMMARY
The Foundation Data Process Specialist I is responsible for entering, researching, and maintaining data in the fundraising database. This includes accurately posting gift batches for all donations, creating new biographical records, researching and maintaining all levels of biographical information.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High School Diploma or GED Experience:
1 year of work or educational experience using MS Word, Excel, Microsoft Access, and databases.
Other skills/knowledge:
Highly detail oriented with critical degree of accuracy regarding data entry and analysis. Good interpersonal skills necessary in order to interact effectively with varying contacts within the organization and outside contacts such as donors and vendors. Very organized and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work load while adhering to policy and deadlines. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work well as a team member and independently. Ability to understand and follow directions and complex policies and procedures. Ability to maintain confidential data. Flexibility in work schedule to meet occasional demands of peak workloads.
Licensure/Certifications:
Raiser's Edge Fundamentals Certification within 15 months of hire.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
Associate's degree.
Experience:
