Position overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cataloger/Data Entry Clerk to accurately identify, categorize, and document incoming electronic assets within our management system. In this role, you will be responsible for translating physical product specifications into precise digital records, ensuring that every item is correctly inventoried to support our refurbishment and remarketing processes.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Accurately separating and cataloging electronic parts received per product type, such as laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. Accurately scanning asset ID using RF scanner and entering information into the database. Accurately placing sorted and scanned/entered product into the dedicated containers, accurately labeling the container for placement on appropriate pallet(s). Meeting and/or exceeding department goals focusing on safe, detailed and efficient work.

Follows all safety:

including PPE, proper lifting techniques, security, R2/ISO/OSHA, and fire safety requirements. Performing general upkeep and maintenance of the department. Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous work experience in warehouse, data entry and/or inventory control preferred. Must have a good basic understanding of computers (make, model, components,etc.) Must have a good basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e.g. excel, word,office etc. Must have good basic mathematics skills and be able to pass an attention to detail test and typing test based on speed/accuracy. Must be able to lift/pull objects up to 35lbs and stand/move for prolonged periodsof time. Must be comfortable working in warehouse environment. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Must be detail orientated, accurate, self-motivated and goal driven. Must successfully complete pre-employment screenings, including drug screening.
