PRN Records Assistant

Not to exceed 3 month - Full time To be a successful Records Coordinator you must become able to do the following always: Perform copying, faxing, filling, scanning, and uploading related to paper and electronic files. Database maintenance and ensure data entry is accurately entered. Assist both the Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement and Data Services Departments. Become proficient in the Electronic Care Record organization structure and data entry. Assist in preparation for internal and external audits. Follow Company Policy and Procedure and operate according to the Company's Program Practice Guidelines. How you will spend your time in this job: 50% File Management 50% Data Entry To qualify for this job, you need to have: High School diploma or GED required. Work Experience - Prefer successful secretarial or clerical experience involving multiple tasks and responsibilities. Must pass a background check, fingerprinting, and physical and drug screening. Maintain company-required training. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends. Must be able to lift (Physical working requirements)
