Job Summary:

We are looking for an A/P Data Entry Clerk to manage large amounts of information. The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems.

Responsibilities:

Inputs text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits. Compiles, verifies accuracy and sorts information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects any incompatibilities if possible and checks output. Applies data program techniques and procedures. Generates reports, stores completed work in designated locations and performs backup operations. Keeps information confidential. Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma. Proven data entry working experience. Typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with MS Office and data programs. Trustworthy with an eye for detail.
