Job Description
As a Data Collection Operator, you will play a critical role in supporting the data pipeline that powers cutting-edge machine learning and hardware development. You will oversee and manage data collection processes, ensure accuracy and compliance with established protocols, troubleshoot technical issues, and serve as a key point of contact for data collection users across the team.
- Supervise and manage end-to-end data collection activities across multiple workstreams
- Monitor data entry procedures to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality standards
- Provide guidance and support to data collection users and team members
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues as they arise in the collection process
- Monitor and report on the progress of data collection activities to team leads
- Handle sensitive and proprietary information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality This position requires availability for two shifts. 7am

- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with engineers, PMs, and cross-functional stakeholders

- Experience with data collection methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Ability to diagnose and resolve software and hardware issues independently
- Prior experience in a technical lab, research, or hardware environment
- Instruction or training experience — ability to guide others on process and tools

- $33.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
