Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information. Your proactive approach and excellent computer skills will support our office operations, streamline administrative processes, and enhance overall efficiency. Duties Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, maintaining high levels of accuracy. Manage filing systems both electronically and physically, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible. Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks to prepare reports, spreadsheets, and financial records. Handle incoming calls using multi-line phone systems, providing professional customer support and directing inquiries appropriately. Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointment calendars, and supporting office management tasks. Proofread documents for errors before submission to ensure clarity and professionalism. Support bookkeeping activities by recording transactions and maintaining financial records with attention to detail. Skills Proven experience with data entry, clerical tasks, and office management in a fast-paced environment. Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and QuickBooks. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively using time management techniques. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse client needs; fluency in additional languages enhances communication. Experience operating multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette for customer service excellence. Knowledge of filing systems, proofing documents, calendar management, and general office procedures. Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous; familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is a bonus.
