Operational Support Specialist Overview:
Under direct supervision, this role performs routine but varied clerical and administrative duties in accordance with established procedures The position supports document and data management operations by handling tasks such as data entry, document processing, and records maintenance The individual will apply knowledge of departmental procedures and maintain a general understanding of cross-functional operations to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks This role requires attention to detail, the ability to manage repetitive work efficiently, and the capability to resolve routine issues independently while escalating complex concerns when necessary The position contributes to overall operational efficiency by ensuring data accuracy, proper document handling, and effective coordination with internal teams
Job Duties:
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Scan, file, and organize documents Photocopy and compile records Tabulate and post information as required Distribute outgoing mail Coordinate with print services Verify information and resolve routine discrepancies Retrieve and route documents to appropriate departments Provide administrative and clerical support Conduct basic research using internal and external sources
