Job Description

Ametros is changing the way individuals navigate healthcare by providing them with the tools and support necessary to make educated decisions on how to spend their medical funds. Ametros's team works closely with patients, insurers, employers, attorneys, brokers, medical providers, and Medicare to create a seamless experience for our clients. Our flagship product is revolutionizing the way funds from insurance claim settlements are administered after settlement. Ametros continues to innovate, bringing new solutions to the market with the goal of simplifying healthcare for our clients. We make managing medical funds safe, effortless, and cost effective for everyone. The Data Quality Associate is responsible for inbound data entry and ongoing data maintenance. They also provide general administrative and organizational support. What you will do Initial entry of new referrals and ongoing maintenance of data updates on the file. Entering medical benefit data. Triaging emails to internal stakeholders. Contact & Account creation. Working various projects compiled of files needing data updates/review. Opening, scanning, & entering mailed in medical allocation reports. Collaborating with team members to tackle large volume projects together. Other varied data and administrative activities as necessary. Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Very strong attention to detail and accuracy of information. Comfortability with Microsoft Office products. Ability to take direction and guidance and develop independence with respect to workload. Passion for working in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. Kind, courteous, good sense of humor and solid work ethic. Education Qualifications H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required Experience Qualifications 0-2 years Data Entry/Data QA experience preferred experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred The estimated salary range for this position is $22.00USD to $24.00USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
