Regular FT Hours of Operation:

M-F Flex time between 7am to 5pm Site - Detroit Jefferson Building Provides clerical support to department by completing assignments including but not limited to processing mail, data entry, faxing, filing, preparing mailings, maintaining inventory levels, scanning/imaging and copying. Receipt and processing of all departmental incoming mail, emails and faxes. Filing and retrieval of departmental correspondence. Copying material for department. Preparing various mailings. Sort and prep all membership documents for back-end scanning/imaging. Data entry. Maintaining departmental inventory/stock. Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School graduate or GED required. Associate degree or two years of full-time college credits preferred. Some clerical skills/background preferred. Typing speed of 40 wpm with 95% accuracy required Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required. Basic reading, writing, spelling and speaking proficiency required.
