Data Entry Assistant

Data Entry Assistant - Full-Time, On-Site J. America Sportswear is looking for a full-time Data Entry Assistant to join our team in Fowlerville, MI. This is an on-site position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining information in company databases and internal systems. This role will also support day-to-day administrative tasks, assist with customer service needs, and communicate regularly with team members to help keep orders and information moving efficiently.

Responsibilities include:

Entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in company systems Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness Assisting with general administrative and office tasks Supporting customer service and internal communication as needed Working closely with team members to ensure records and order information are accurate Helping maintain organized files, reports, and documentation

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good computer and typing skills Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills Dependable, professional, and willing to learn Previous data entry, administrative, or customer service experience is helpful, but not required
