Clerk Mecosta County Commission on Aging The Commission on Aging is looking for a dynamic and creative part time Clerk to schedule home maintenance workers and to recruit and train volunteers to assist Seniors! This is a part time position from 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday.

Required qualifications:

High School Graduate or equivalent, general office experience, filing and data entry. The ability to multitask is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks, including inputting and updating information in databases or spreadsheets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• File and organize documents as needed
• Provide administrative support to the team as needed
• Complete order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
• Ability to recruit and organize volunteers.

Requirements:

• Clerical skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in basic math calculations
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
