Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support efficient office operations. Your organizational skills and proficiency with office software will ensure that information is maintained with precision and timeliness. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong computer literacy, clerical experience, and a passion for maintaining data integrity in a fast-paced environment. Duties Enter and update data into company databases using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized software such as QuickBooks. Manage filing systems both electronically and physically to ensure easy retrieval of documents. Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with proper phone etiquette. Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization. Assist with bookkeeping tasks including basic data entry for financial records and supporting medical or dental receptionist duties if applicable. Provide excellent customer service by supporting client inquiries via phone or email, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Skills Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and data entry software. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Fast and accurate typing skills combined with keen proofreading abilities to minimize errors. Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record management. Experience with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures. Bilingual abilities are a plus to support diverse client needs. Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities. Office experience in clerical roles or administrative support positions preferred. Familiarity with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous for healthcare-related environments. Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay:
$30.77 - $35.62 per hour
