Job Title:

Data Entry Specialist Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist responsible for accurately verifying, entering, and maintaining critical information. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, skilled in documentation, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires strong time‑management abilities and comfort working with computer-based data entry systems. Key Responsibilities Read and interpret source documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or billing records. Enter data into specific fields, spreadsheets, or systems using keyboards and scanners. Compile, sort, and verify data accuracy before entry. Identify and correct data errors, or report issues to supervisors. Compare entered data with source documents to ensure accuracy. Maintain logs, records, and documentation of daily tasks. Scan patient and medication information into the Antrium system. Run Excel-based reports to support team operations (training provided).

Required Skills & Qualifications Must-Haves:

Proficiency with computers; familiarity with Microsoft Excel (training provided). Exceptional attention to detail. Strong commitment to confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive personal information. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Ability to accurately document and record customer/patient information. Previous experience with Microsoft Word and Excel. Completion of a data-entry speed and accuracy test may be required. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.75 - $17.75/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
