Your Impact & Opportunity As an E-commerce Data Entry Specialist, you will manage critical product data lines and shape the consumer experience for a high-volume online marketplace. Key Responsibilities Optimize Product Content:
Develop and refine descriptive copy and taxonomy structures to ensure superior search engine visibility.
Manage Complex Data:
Research, analyze, and update product specification data for tens of thousands of items, maintaining database integrity.
Leverage Analytical Tools:
Use Excel and SQL data queries to combine information from multiple data systems and generate department-wide performance reports.
Collaborate & Innovate:
Partner with the product team to evaluate sales trends and recommend strategic category improvements.
Uphold Quality Standards:
Audit database content for inconsistencies, correct errors, and troubleshoot shared database performance issues.
Required Qualifications Education & Experience:
College degree or technical school training, paired with 2+ years of proven database experience.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in handling large, complex datasets using Excel, Access, or SQL data queries.
Core Competencies:
Exceptional research, content creation, and analytical problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
Workflow Mastery:
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. What s in it for You?
