Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ years of data entry or general office experience. Track and process various change requests forms and doctor selection requests received through the member portal and other system queues timely and accurately Process provider termination requests by performing membership moves and initiate termination letter requests to affected membership Manually process provider selections for members unable to assign through the health plan s auto assignment systematic process Track and report provider selection errors demonstrated by call center representatives Retrieve and process all incoming returned mail and fax requests Process all provider member dis-enrollment requests. Disqualifiers:
No data entry experience; Not having reliable internet: People with Call center only data experience are not always ideal for this type of position.
Additional qualities to look for:
Healthcare data entry is preferred; Claims or Correspondence (appeals/medical records, etc.) preferred Top 3 must-have hard skills stack-ranked by importance 1Data Entry Experience / High attention to detail with accuracy / technical proficiency / organized 2Independent work, no distractions (during work hours, candidate will be focused on data entry/high volume) fast paced, heavy workflow. 3Works Remote without disruption and working internet (if internet goes down, use hotspot)
