In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various databases and systems. Your keen attention to detail and strong computer skills will ensure that all information is precise, accessible, and up-to-date. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient data management processes that support our operational excellence and decision-making. Duties Enter data into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with speed and accuracy Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-checking entries Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital records, ensuring easy retrieval of information Assist with data collection efforts by compiling information from various sources Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, perform basic math calculations, and generate reports as needed Support order entry processes by accurately recording transactions and updating related records Perform clerical tasks such as filing, scanning documents, and transcribing audio recordings or notes Ensure all data entry activities comply with company policies and confidentiality standards Qualifications Proven experience with data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles in an office environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—especially Excel—and familiarity with ERP systems and databases Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed Basic math skills for data validation and calculations Experience with data collection methods and creating pivot tables for analysis Knowledge of filing systems, document management, and transcription techniques Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines Join us to be a vital part of a team dedicated to precision, efficiency, and organizational excellence!
