Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to provide part-time support for donor record administration in St. Louis, Missouri. This Contract position will focus on entering and organizing contribution information in Salesforce, helping maintain accurate records while reducing an existing workload backlog. The ideal candidate is dependable, precise, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting over a short-term assignment expected to last approximately 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter donor contribution records into Salesforce with a high level of accuracy and timeliness.
  • Review submitted donation information to confirm amounts, payment schedules, and related details before recording entries.
  • Add donor agreements and associated documentation into the system in an organized and consistent manner.
  • Reduce outstanding unprocessed records by systematically working through a backlog of data entry tasks.
  • Complete recurring weekly updates for incoming donations while maintaining steady turnaround times.
  • Monitor records for completeness and consistency to support strong data quality standards.
  • Assist with data-related needs that may arise in connection with ongoing system implementation activities.
