In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of vital information. Your proactive approach and strong organizational skills will help streamline office operations, support administrative functions, and enhance overall efficiency. Responsibilities Enter data into company databases and software systems with precision and speed, including tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring easy retrieval of documents Proofread and verify data entries for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before final submission Handle front desk duties such as greeting visitors, managing multi-line phone systems, and directing calls with professional phone etiquette Support calendar management and scheduling for team members or executives, including appointment setting and reminders Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial records Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email, supporting customer support efforts as needed Skills Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and clerical tasks in an office environment Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk operations, and office management procedures Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients or team members Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently using time management techniques Knowledge of QuickBooks for bookkeeping and basic financial record keeping is preferred Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and support capabilities Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your attention to detail makes a real difference!
