Data Entry Clerk The Data Entry clerk is responsible for assisting with inputting customers' data.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Input information quickly and accurately from a variety of sources into a computer database. File, sort, and prepare documents for imaging, and copying. Perform other tasks specific to a branch office Answer emails and process faxes. Upload sales and other documents to the branches. Prepare mail for the dealers and branches.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to focus and multitask. Able to concentrate and focus. They must stay focused on their task while working with limited distractions from other things.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Stand, walk and/or sit for eight (8) hours a day Talk and/or hear, both in person and by telephone Lift and maneuver up to 30 lbs.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Work primarily in an office setting
