Data Entry Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina. This long-term contract position offers an opportunity to contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. The ideal candidate will possess excellent typing skills and a strong ability to work with numeric and text-based data.

Responsibilities:

• Input and update a variety of data into internal systems with accuracy and speed.
• Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Manage large volumes of numeric and text-based data efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain data integrity.
• Perform routine audits to identify errors and improve data quality.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Generate reports and summaries based on entered data as required.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for data entry tasks.
• Support other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations. Requirements
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar role.
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Familiarity with numeric and text-based data entry.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and data management tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle repetitive tasks.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.
