Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a sharp Administrative Assistant for a growing construction office in Huntersville, NC! This is a full-time, 100% in office, temp- to-perm position. Hours will be Monday through Friday from 7AM-4PM.
Pay:
$18 to $20/hour Qualified candidates will have: At least 2 years of experience working in an Administrative capacity Experience working in the Construction industry preferred Possess good data entry skills Positive attitude and great team player mentality Other duties but not limited to: filing, mail, scanning, and other duties as necessary.
