- Organize and Maintain physical and digital files accurately and efficiently.
- Perform Data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Engage with clients in a professional and friendly manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with Auditing files to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Complete other clerical tasks and administrative duties assigned. Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Prior Experience in an office environment, preferred but not required
- Strong Attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent Organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
