Job Description

We are looking for a Data Entry Specialist to support a busy administrative team in Fargo, North Dakota. This Long-term Contract position focuses on reviewing invoice details, confirming accuracy, and entering information into internal systems with a high degree of precision. The ideal candidate brings strong data entry experience, solid Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to stay organized and effective in a fast-paced, computer-based work environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Examine incoming invoices carefully to confirm billing details, amounts, and supporting information are correct before processing
  • Enter invoice data into company systems accurately and efficiently while maintaining strong attention to detail
  • Compare documentation against invoice records to identify discrepancies and flag issues for follow-up
  • Handle a high volume of data entry tasks throughout the day while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations
  • Use Microsoft Office applications to organize, track, and manage invoice-related information
  • Communicate with team members in person and through Microsoft Teams to clarify invoice questions and resolve processing issues
