JOB PURPOSE

This position ensures efficient communication and process management to support provider contracting and credentialing. This role is responsible for verifying provider information, maintaining accurate records, and facilitating workflows, under limited supervision, that contribute to team success and regulatory compliance Skills Data entry Top Skills Details Data entry Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Respond to provider inquiries via email and phone, offering timely support and resolution.
• Create and manage workflows by scanning documents and uploading provider data.
• Verify and update provider credentials to maintain compliance and accuracy.
• Contact providers to confirm office and contract details, ensuring records are current.
• Support the provider inbox and assist with out-of-network claims as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in regular team meetings.

Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
