Job Description

Our client in East Rutherford, NJ, is seeking a Data Entry Associate to join their team! This is a hybrid/full-time/3-monthcontract position Hourly based on experience: $25/HR We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate to support vendor data management and administrative operations for a growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, maintaining accuracy, and communicating with vendors to ensure information is current and complete. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain vendor information within internal systems Review vendor documentation for accuracy and completeness Communicate with vendors via phone and email regarding onboarding, documentation, and account updates Assist with vendor setup and maintenance processes Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accurate records Support internal teams with vendor-related inquiries Maintain organized records and documentation Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor information Qualifications Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, vendor management, or a related role Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable communicating directly with vendors and internal stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and follow-through Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are an equal-opportunity employer.
