Data Entry Clerk

Job Overview Company located in Hackettstown is seeking a Data Entry Clerk for a direct-hire position. This is an on-site position. The individual in this role needs to be highly organized and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The hours are 8am to 5pm—Monday through Friday.

Duties will include:

Collecting information from customers and clients Entering data into the central database Cataloguing the data with appropriate tags for ease of reference Transferring physical records into a digital filing system Retrieving data as requested Maintaining and updating the database system as necessary Generating periodic reports Evaluating and approving Work Orders Indexing and filing invoices

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite Excellent communications skills, both oral and written Team-oriented Strong organizational and time management skills Salary is $50k with full benefits

Pay:

$50,000.00 per year
