Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately enter customer orders and related information into internal database systems from emailed and faxed documents. Process a high volume of incoming orders while maintaining strong attention to detail and productivity standards. Review and verify customer information to ensure order accuracy and completeness. Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, missing information, or processing issues. Communicate professionally with customers when clarification is needed regarding submitted orders or requests. Escalate complex order concerns to management when appropriate. Maintain a strong customer service mindset and ensure a positive customer experience. Organize and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines. Collaborate with team members and other departments to support efficient order processing operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Fluent Spanish language skills required, including professional reading, writing, and verbal communication. Education completed in a predominantly Spanish-speaking country strongly preferred to ensure advanced language proficiency. Associate degree preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry, order processing, customer service, or a related administrative role. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proven ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Dependable attendance and a professional work ethic. Ability to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
