Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic office team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to support efficient office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, ensuring all information is accurate and complete Process, verify, and compile sales reports, bills, and other source documents. Ensure timely and accurate billing and invoice. Maintain and update client account information and ledgers. Assist with resolving account irregularities and discrepancies. Process credit memos. Perform other data entry and administrative duties as assigned. Manage filing systems both digitally and physically, maintaining organized records for easy retrieval Utilize Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to prepare reports, correspondence, and schedules Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office environment is preferred Familiarity with data entry tools for online data base Strong typing skills with high accuracy and proficiency in computer literacy are essential Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively Join us in this engaging role where your attention to detail fuels our success!
