Data Entry Operator II (Licensing Specialist I)
Pay Rate :
$21 p/h
Schedule :
M-F 8:30AM•5PM Summary Manage and resolve licensing cases (Registration, Initial Licensing, Title Management, UCC Filings, State Changes/Buyouts). Research client requests, ensure accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service using DMV Terminal and office tech. Prioritize workload, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing assignments with professionalism. Responsibilities Process and resolve licensing cases. Research and respond to client requests accurately. Prioritize tasks and manage cases efficiently. Use DMV Terminal and MS Office tools. Ensure compliance and quality in all work. Collaborate with team and support customer needs. Adapt quickly to changes and remain professional under pressure. Qualifications High school diploma required; business degree preferred. 2-4 years in case management, admin support, or customer service. Proficient in MS Office and familiar with office equipment. Knowledge of DMV procedures a plus. Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills.
