Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Control Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will oversee the accuracy and integrity of inventory data, coordinate stock levels, and ensure seamless warehouse operations. Our Inventory Control Clerk maintains our computerized inventory system within our existing ERP and accounting system. This includes recording, updating, validating and correcting itemized inventory data, while driving efficiency and supporting our company's commitment to delivering exceptional service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to process improvements, optimize inventory control systems, and support overall operations management within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Monitor & maintain all activity within the computerized inventory system. Record itemized incoming delivery invoices. Reconcile receiving documents to inventory received. Generate and review outgoing sales and delivery documentation to ensure accurate inventory utilization. Analyze and troubleshoot inventory data. Utilize Excel extensively for analysis and inventory system input. Utilize spot checks and periodic physical inventory counts to validate and/or adjust itemized inventory levels. Coordinate and collaborate with office staff and warehouse teams to ensure up to date accuracy and modifications. Perform other related duties as required. Requirements Extensive Excel experience is a must. Data entry skills are a must. Strong attention to detail and accuracy are a must. Demonstrated relevant experience and success. Effective communication skills combined with a detail-oriented mindset for accurate record keeping and reporting. Strong work ethic, eager to learn and grow. Self-starter, highly motivated to create and maintain accurate reporting. Bold independent thinker, effective follow-through to completion. Energetic, highly cooperative and collaborative. Inventory, ERP or accounting system experience is a plus. Your dedication will help streamline operations, enhance inventory accuracy, and contribute significantly to our company's success in delivering quality products efficiently nationwide.
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
