Data Entry Specialist

Job Overview Cabin Crafters, a leader in luxury aircraft interiors is seeking a Data Entry Specialist. In this role you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers and complete daily data entry. This is a bilingual English/Spanish position. Responsibilities Answer phone and direct calls to the appropriate department. Record customer information for incoming work requests. Enter employee hours worked for specific projects and tasks into computer program. Must have computer skills. Specific program training will be provided. Create reports in Excel. Support payroll by reporting employees' weekly hours from timecards. Assist Human Resources with filing and FedEx reports Requirements Bilingual English/Spanish Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Excel. Math aptitude Attention to detail in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
