MoveDocs is hiring a Processing Associate to join our growing Processing team. We are seeking a self-starter who can perform data entry at a high-level of understanding and production. The qualified candidate must be self-motivated, able to work autonomously and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Come join our team and grow along with our business! Responsibilities:

Compiles, verifies, and sorts information from medical provider bills to prepare source data for computer entry. Reviews data for deficiencies or errors, corrects incompatibilities, and reviews output. Enters customer and account data from source documents within specified time limits; inputs medical provider bills into our system so accounting can create invoices. Will continually work with complex accounts that require critical thinking and analytical skills. Maintains strict HIPPA compliance for all customer information. Performs basic math calculations to determine appropriate rates for some medical provider services. Requirements High School or GED required; Some college-level experience a plus. Some knowledge of medical CPT coding is a plus. Previous office work preferred, preferably in a high-volume, customer-oriented environment. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Self-motivated with ability to take direction and work autonomously. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Excellent typing skills and comfort with a keyboard required, (10-key familiarity). Basic math knowledge; able to use a calculator. Must have an upbeat personality and friendly demeanor with basic customer service skills and be able to handle stressful situations. Show willingness to learn and grow in the role. Must be able to work in-office at our Denver, CO or Las Vegas, NV office.
