The ideal candidate will be computer savvy and a fast typist with a keen eye for detail. The company will rely on you for having accurate and updated data that are easily accessible through a digital database. You will also be responsible for handling incoming phone calls and making outgoing calls to clients. Responsibilities Transfer data from paper formats into computer files on AS400 using keyboards, scanning equipment/programs Type in data provided directly from clients Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost Handle incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner Skills Fast typing skills (50 wpm) Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.) Working knowledge of office equipment and computer hardware and peripheral devices Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills Multi-lingual is a plus Great attention to detail
